Key areas of expertise are solar electric propulsion, satellite and spacecraft design, advanced mission planning, and lunar surface operational scenario development. Dennis sold a patent to Orbital ATK, now Northrup Grumman, that formed the basis for the Northrup Grumman Mission Extension Vehicle (MEV).
