Has a deep background in space and engineering, having many years as a research scientist at NASA.
Bruce for many years has been a member of the adjunct faculty at Santa Clara University in the Graduate Engineering School and has provided technical training and consulting services to Fortune 500 companies and government agencies, including NASA and DOE. He's helped startup several high tech companies including SpaceHab, Kistler Aerospace and Prometheus II.
